Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Love-Joy SS-095 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Lust products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lube-Logic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Lumonics product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Lust such as the FU205S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GF11494 manufactured by Lube-Logic and we are pleased to be able to service most Lube-Logic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E68Z2201C by Manufacturer Lumonics as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Luxtron Brand M10ACCUFIBERMODEL10 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Lutze such as 743052 equipment made by Lutze have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lutze products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lutze" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available QC40025992701G1 made by Mac as well as the popular LT10A105 original spares produced by Magnescale

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
